By placing an order at kahakari.com, you warrant that you are at least 18 years and accept these terms of service which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at KAHAKARI for the sale and supply of any products.

All orders are dependent on availability and confirmation of the order price. At the event of when a product is sold out, KAHAKARI has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way.  

KAHAKARI reserves the right to update the terms of service without prior notice.

As a court of jurisdiction, all parties directly or indirectly involved in legal disputes agree on the local and competent court for 1070 Vienna, Austria. In legal relationships with the customer, it is Austrian substantive law that applies.

The invalidity or nullity of individual clauses in the general business conditions does not affect the legal validity of other clauses. In such cases, it is the stipulations that are valid and most closely approximate the initial objective of KAHAKARI which are to be adhered to.

 

In the event of circumstances beyond the control of KAHAKARI (e.g. interventions by the authorities, transport or customs delays, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters), shall be considered force majeure, meaning that KAHAKARI is released from its obligations to fulfil contractual agreements.

Value-added tax (VAT) is included. 

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer and after receipt of payment. 

As soon as KAHAKARI has shipped your order you will receive an email stating a tracking number. All shipments that are sent by KAHAKARI are insured against theft and accidental damage.

International deliveries: Customs duties, sales tax on imports and handling costs may occur. These charges are at your own expense. As soon as the products arrive at the destination, sales tax on imports as well as customs duties and handling costs will be determined by the respective customs office and the recipient will then be invoiced by our logistics partner. Your phone number, KAHAKARI requests at checkout, will help logistics partners to smooth the shipping process.

KAHAKARI requires a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you choose not to provide a signature as proof of delivery, you agree to take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.

You can easily return your purchase to KAHAKARI within 14 days by using the return form. The time limit of 14 days starts upon the receipt of the order. Please indicate the reason for your return by filling the return form in your parcel. This will help KAHAKARI to improve its services.

All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been washed or altered. In case the product´s value has diminished, you must bear the compensation costs.

Merchandise must be returned in one package.

Clients are responsible for return shipping charges (inclusive customs duties, sales tax on imports and handling costs)! Upon receipt of items, you will receive an email confirming receipt from KAHAKARI. At that moment KAHAKARI starts the refund procedure. Refunds (value of the goods) are made in the same currency as the purchase (EUR). Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
