You can easily return your purchase to KAHAKARI within 14 days by using the return form. The time limit of 14 days starts upon the receipt of the order. Please indicate the reason for your return by filling the return form in your parcel. This will help KAHAKARI to improve its services.

All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been washed or altered. In case the product´s value has diminished, you must bear the compensation costs.

Merchandise must be returned in one package.

Clients are responsible for return shipping charges (inclusive customs duties, sales tax on imports and handling costs)! Please choose an insured shipping method which includes Track & Trace, as the return shipment is at your risk. Email your order number and the tracking number to info@kahakari.com.

Special return option: Let's meet at the tailor's shop in Vienna (by appointment only -  info@kahakari.com) and return/exchange your purchase free of charge. 

Upon receipt of items, you will receive an email confirming receipt from KAHAKARI. At that moment KAHAKARI starts the refund procedure. Refunds (value of the goods) are made in the same currency as the purchase (EUR). Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
